Global Seller & Atelier Master Services Agreement

1. Onboarding & KYC Mandate

Every prospective Merchant must complete Kuwexa's 10-step identity, tax identification, and beneficial ownership (KYC/AML) verification process before storefront activation.

2. Platform Commission & Double-Entry Ledger

Kuwexa retains a standard 10.0% facilitation commission deducted automatically at the moment of order clearance. All earnings, fees, and disbursements are recorded in an immutable double-entry ledger journal.

3. Dispatch SLA & Courier Requirements

Sellers agree to package verified orders in tamper-evident protective containers and hand over parcels to Kuwexa-integrated couriers (DHL Express or FedEx) within 48 business hours of order placement.
