Global Return & Escrow Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Global Return Guarantee

Discerning patrons may initiate a return for non-customized pieces within 14 calendar days of confirmed courier delivery. Items must remain unworn, unaltered, in their original presentation boxes with all serial number documentation intact.

2. Escrow Protection Mechanism

Funds remain secured in Kuwexa Escrow until courier transit inspection concludes. Once approved, refunds are credited back to the original card or payment instrument within 3-5 banking days.
